TeamWorks is licensed as part of the GroupWise enterprise messaging product suite. However, TeamWorks can be installed stand alone with a temporary, 60 day, license. Regarding integration with out MF products, TeamWorks will use GroupWise LDAP for authentication and the steps to configure that are linked from with in the TeamWorks documentation, but the direct link is here: https://www.novell.com/documentation/groupwise18/gwmob18_guide_admin/data/admin_con_config.html#b1inkuao
TeamWorks is delivered with its own Web Client, the iOS app is available in the AppStore and the Android app is available in the Google Play Store
As far as enabling the GroupWise desktop client for use with TeamWorks: https://www.novell.com/documentation/groupwise18/gw18_guide_interop/data/t44qx1n2ztam.html.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have further questions.
Teamworks is able to run without any other product or does not rely on other products. But there is no standalone license.
However it can be integrated into GroupWise (client options, integration).
Do not forget to use the ability of co-editing! So you need a content editor appliance for this.
Yes, Teamworks can use GroupWise LDAP but any other LDAP source too.
(I have to agree that Teamworks documentation needs some more effort- especially for UI!)
