Teamwork and access manager

When I try to use teamwork behind the access manager I get a timeout error and the teamork client tries to reconnect.

Only this seems to be some kind of loop..

The latest version of TeamWorks, 18.1.1 is functional with the 4.4 version of Access Manager.  Access Manager 4.4 is required for Websocket support.
