MF Community

Change in behaviour today.

Logged into Forums, access Community and hit the Sign In link. This normally goes through SAML and returns me to Community logged in. Today, its looping to "Validate Email"....even validating email *again*, it always loops to this page.

Re: MF Community

What Malcolm said. Did you hit it with a browser not normally used for that
site? The only way you hit the validate email page is if you previously hit
it with an unvalidated account and Access Manager set an unvalidated session
cookie.

Same browser, same machine, was working the day before....and the day after....without having to mess about with cookies.....in saying that, seem to have constant issues with Firefox + cookies + access manager sessions...I can get to a point for Forums/Community will say that I'm not logged in (even though I was), and trying to log in just loops with no injection or responds with infinite loop error....clearing cookies doesn't help, but shutdown and restart of firefox will... *sighs*

That happens all the time and is a session timing mismatch between the forum
software and Access Manager. I tried to match those up as much as I could, but
for people, like you, who traverse multiple sites that use nam, it's impossible
to keep in sync. I hope the nam team can do something about that in the new
site.

Single site + single resource + single contract = *should* sort issues....then only 1 timeout to sync up

When was Forums schedule to be migrated?
