Error 53275 while setting retention date

Hi,
I develop an archiving app that uses the retention date to keep track of archived messages. At a particular client install, we're getting intermittent 53275 errors ("Required User Database rights not granted") when executing the SetTimestampRequest method. It occurs every so often for a particular user, but not on every run, and not always for the same user.

Anyone have any idea why the error occurs?

The client uses GW 8.0.2.

Regards,
Maarten

Sorry, it will need to be isolated down to the specific
item(s) that causes the problem.

Hi Preston,
The error occurs when trying to set the retention timestamp which, as far as I understand, is set for users, and not for items. What kind of "item(s)" can cause this problem?

You have to login has a trusted application to set the timestamp.
I would have to see the soap trace of the login request and response
and the setTimestamp request and response to verify that you are
using the correct session string. I would also need the output
of a gwcheck (check structure, contents and fix problems) for the
user to verify there were no problems with the user's database.
