Filtering addresses of Address book entries with GW 2012

Hello,

We have an application based on C3PO and GroupWise Object API. It works great for GroupWise 7 and GroupWise 8 but not correctly works with GroupWise 2012.
Doesn't work the method Find of AddressBookEntries. It returns all address book entries instead of the suitable.

var clientState = (IGWClientState6)IncaMailGW._gC3POManager.ClientState;
if (clientState != null)
{
var account = clientState.CurrentAccount as Account;
if (account != null)
{
_addressBooks = account.AddressBooks;
string conditions = string.Format("(Name MATCHES \"{0}\")", name);
long itemCount = _addressBooks.Count;
for (long i = 1; i <= itemCount; i++)
{
Addresses addresses = addressBook.AddressBookEntries.Find(conditions); // <= here is problem
if (addresses != null)
{
for (long i = 1; i <= addresses.Count; i++)
{
Address address = addresses.Item(i);
if (address != null)
{
