GW 7.03 question about GetAttachment

Im searching for some samples to read an attachment.

With Getitemrequest, we get a mail id for an mail with an attachment.

But when we use this id in GetAttachmentRequest, the server is no more
responding and must restarted.

Is this right to use this id or does we need any other?

Regards

Thomas

Re: GW 7.03 question about GetAttachment

You get items with getItemRequest.
To get information about the attachments, you need
to put "attachments" in the view.
You then get back the attachment information.
Each attachment has a separate id.
You pass that id in getAttachmentRequest.
If the attachment is an embedded mail item,
you use the id of the attachment, but you
use getItemRequest. If the attachment is an
embedded item, the id will have the attribute
"itemReference" set to true.
