Memory function failure 33025 on modifyItemRequest

Greetings:

Using GroupWise version is 7.0.3 HP4 running on NetWare 6.5 SP8 we have a custom interface running. It worked for quite awhile but suddenly we are receiving an error any time we call modifyItemRequest. The error is:

Memory function failure (33025)

Here is the modifyItemRequest

Re: Memory function failure 33025 on modifyItemRequest

A couple of comments.
We are to the point where we are only fixing
crashes in 7.0.x. This would not qualify. If
you can create the problem using 8.0.x, submit
a bug through NTS.

The modification code was designed to only take
fields that are changing. It wasn't designed to
take a whole item. If you are going to throw a
whole item as a modify, you might be better off
deleting the old item and creating a new item.
Although, I don't think that code would perform
very well. Trying to find where the problem is
with sending a whole item might take awhile.

In looking at the request, it might be that
you are sending an empty message body instead
of just not supplying a <message> element.
