getItemsRequest searching for common message id causes 33025

Hi,

starting with some release of GroupWise 14.2.2 calling getItemsRequest using a filter searching for the common message id returns status code 33025 (german description: "Arbeitsspeicherfehler. Arbeitsspeicherfunktion ist ausgefallen") in the response.
Up to GroupWise 14.2.1 this worked fine to retrieve messages.

Here's how the the soap request looks like:

I identified the problem.
The fix will be in a FTF greater than or equal to 125642.

Re: getItemsRequest searching for common message id causes 3

Hi Preston,

is there a release version available containing this fix? Or do our customers have to install a field patch?

As our software syncs with GroupWise we meet environments in which e.g. mobil syncs are used also.
So my next question is: which client and mobil client versions must be used with the server version I need?

Thanks forwarded for a short information.

Kai

Re: getItemsRequest searching for common message id causes 33025

The fix is available in a FTF patch for now.
The next official release with be 14.2.2.
That will be released, I believe,in a couple of months.
I don't have those details.
(They are getting ready to release a beta for 14.2.2.)
The bug associated with the problem is 989808.

You would need to go though technical support for information.
I have very limited interaction with them.
