A way to mark a received appointment as "not retractable" and to be able to do so with a rule

The idea behind this is that it may be necessary to disallow the canncelling of an appointment by simply removing it from the own and all other mailboxes. This will be the case when a requested appointment has been confirmed and should not be retractable because of its implication on other processes.

An example for this may be the management of requested, then approved and at the end even already taken holiday. If you want to keep track of those "appointments" there should be no way to simply retract or delete such an appointment.

The rule processing would be needed to implement automatic management of such akind of appointments..
