Disable HTML view when contact not in address book

Spam that does manage to bypass anti-spam systems sometimes contain HTML images that notify the sender that a message was Opened. This alerts the sender that they have a legitimate email address.

I would like to see an optional feature that would check the senders email address and IF the sender is not in your address book, then present the email in text mode so as to not trigger a response to the sender.

If the email is legitimate, allow the recipient to Allow HTML from the sender.

I agree on this one. If they only send it HTML and no text option, and it is not from a known sender, it's probably spam.

I agree that we need a method to force email containing HTML to open in text mode. The address book is a good suggestion but I would also like enable this feature based on the folder in which the email resides. I have many folders and use rules to direct incoming email into specific folders.
