Internet Addressing Firstname.Lastname@

two problems with this:

1. We are from germany and have to deal with "ä", "ö", "ü", "ß" in first an lastnames of our users. I need same functionality as microsoft exchange already has for years, that if I tell groupwise to cereate an email address based on Firstname.Lastname, GroupWise should convert "ä" in "ae", "ö" in "oe", "ü" in "ue", "ß" in "ss".

2. If user has double name or surname and it containes spaces, GroupWise will create Firstname.Lastname@ with spaces.

While "Umlauten" in email address is widely adopted and supported, spaces in email address is wrong by all means and should classify as a bug.
