Sharing Pictures and Screenshots like Whatsapp, thats what i am waiting for. That would be great for teamwork. The picture should appear as thumbnail and opened by clicking, no "save as".

You can use OpenFire open source soution http://www.igniterealtime.org/projects/openfire/ with plugin Jingle plugin for voice and video. You can see here http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0166.html. Ready solution to cover voice and video
