Out of Office Notification when composing message

I would like to see an out of office notification when composing emails to one or more people.

If a user has out of office set and I put them on the TO CC BC line of an email I should get a visible notification that user is out of the office so I can decide if I want to include them in the message

The notification could provide dates etc..
