Select emails, which are not yet read

In your entrybox for emails, some might remain unread to react later. After some time the unread emails become hidden between a bulk of read ones. If I can sort the unread ones to the top, it becomes easy to deal with them. (Novell Groupwise - Mailbox)

That capability already exists.

If you click on the drop-down beside the magnifying glass at the top right of your GroupWise window there is an option to view only unread messages.
