Show categories in folder list

To make better use of categories and make them more visible I'd like an option to view them in a drop-down on the folder list in the windows client and web access. Clicking on the category in this list would show all the emails that is in that category. Perhaps we could also then drag and drop the email to the category or vice-versa to assign the category.
