2012 FTF: Calendar month view empty or incomplete
Hello,
has anyone here same problem as we?
Using GW 2012 FTF Client (build 112764) we realized the client shows all
appointments in weekly view, but only the 1st week is displayed in month
view, the other three weeks are empty.
Problem occurs both with Windows 7 and Windows XP.

Was there any resolution for this? We upgraded to GroupWise 2012 SP 2 from GW 8 this past weekend and I have a user who has this issue. She maintains a shared company calendar. What is others can see the appointments in month view but she cannot. They do appear if she changes to day or week view.
Thanks,
Daniel

If there are differences between users it could be a database issue.
To confirm, have another user setup a similar shared calendar and see
if the problem can be reproduced. If not them take a close look at your
regular GWchecks Analyze/Fix on Contents that you are running every
week or so. What errors are happening that are not actually going away.

Similar shared calendars from other users do not have the same issue.
I did run a Analyze/Fix and it did not resolve the issue. I also tried resetting the month view to defaults, changing the calender to "details" view (all appointments show up in that view) and back, repairing the client and uninstalling the client, running the "Clean It" utility and then reinstalling. None of which helped.
I did a structural rebuild of her mailbox before leaving today so that it will reindex over night. I will see if the issue is resolved in the morning.
Thanks,
Daniel

The reindex completed after the structural rebuild and the issue still remains. Any other ideas?

Was that a contents run? If you run this twice in row, do any errors
continue to report in that second run? Some problems need a manual
step to finish fixing won't just clear from repeated running.
If her Contents Analyze/Fixes come without any problems, and she sees
the same issue on another computer, then given every thing it is
certainly time to open a SR

There are no uncorrectable problems found with the mailbox. I do run maintenance weekly so things are pretty clean to start with.
I have launched a SR with Novell but so far are am unimpressed. I started a chat session on Thursday, was quickly picked up and then transferred to the GroupWise queue where I sat for about an hour and a half before I had to give up. A tech did respond with some questions which I answered early on Friday and have yet to get a response.

Actually I was referring to 'Correctable' problems. Correctable does
NOT mean that it was totally successful in fixing them. Some of them
can be stuck and need prodding to move along. That you run the checks
regularly will help us in zeroing in on the problem ones.
What you want to do is look closely at those correctable problems to
make sure that GWCheck isn't hitting the exact same ones every week.
Bring up the three last Content checks, copy 'n paste the "Overall
stats for this Run" all into one text page so you can see them all
Ignore problems 39, 66, 67, & 93 as those are regular ones. Then for
each of the remaining ones find the details for them and see if they
happen to be the same week after week. Those need manual Attention!
I've written this process in more detail at
http://www.konecnyad.ca/andyk/gwlogs.htm
Re the SR, not surprised, this is an odd issue. Finding any
'correctable' problems that aren't clearing will help you with the SR.

The issue has been resolved. I was working with Novell on another issue regarding the font size of the menu's and they sent me their latest GW client build (11566) to try. This did not fix the issue I was working on with that representative but I gave it a try to fix this calendar issue. The the issue was specific to this users calendar, installing the new build must be better handling whatever was causing the issue because all items are now showing up as they should.
Thank you to all of you for helping me!
