We have same problem with MS Office 365 (GW 14.2.1 + MSO365)

Faulting application name: grpwise.exe, version: 14.2.0.35134, time stamp: 0x5801b863
Faulting module name: mso99Lwin32client.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x57efdd02
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000c8cd2
Faulting process id: 0x2764
Faulting application start time: 0x01d2292d8b5273a7
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\GroupWise\grpwise.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office16\mso99Lwin32client.dll

MSO365 online repair did help, but soon issue for user comes back.... sometimes 3x times in a day, sometimes after 3 days or more... but the point is, that even the fix does not help entirely...
Did create support ticket - send logs, event viewer entrys, dmp files... waiting for answers...

Re: 2014r2 SP1 client crash with Office 2016 C2R

I am having the same issues on my Mac it works fine (i'm running it on windows 7 and the latest client is fine, on a parallels VM). But on our users PC's running a combination of different versions of office on windows PC's all running Windows 7 they are having lots of issues and we have had to go back to the old client on at least 8 pc's as they crash so often. Some have Office 2007 some 2013 some 2016. So it's not the same version of office causing it).

Hi Bill
Another one having the same problem with GW Client 2014.2.1 B124595. I also uninstalled Office 2016, GroupWise worked fine until I re-installed MS Office. I have at least 2 other identical machines (Dell AIO i7, 16GB ram, Win 7 Pro) but only one is having this issue so far.

Client 14.2.2-125229 looks to have fixed this issue :D! Just in the nick of time; this problem was starting to spread like wildfire.

Re: 2014r2 SP1 client crash with Office 2016 C2R

The FTF from the TID comes with a free coupon to setup an SR, so if anyone is unsure if they can claim it, I just had to wait with Support, via Chat, to get the SR setup for me.
The FTF is a new client install that will upgrade the existing client and correct the issues. It's corrected my recurring issues so far. Thanks for those that submitted SR's to move this forward!
