3rd party SSL Admin console

Is there a way to replace the self signed on the Admin Console that services port 9710?

I have Certificates for all my servers and want to replace the self-signed GROUPWISE SYSTEM-CA.

Re: 3rd party SSL Admin console

Erich,

check out this thread. Didn't try myself, I just trust the cert and be done with it.

Let us know how it goes, especially what Francois suggested.

Re: 3rd party SSL Admin console

Very good, Francois directions work. You also have to copy the private key (no password).

/opt/novell/groupwise/certificates/<longhash>/admin."server".crt with the certificate.
/opt/novell/groupwise/certificates/<longhash>/admin."server".key with the private key.

restart the service: rcgrpwise restart gwadminservice

Thanks Uwe
