Add [External Emai] to the subject line of incoming email

Hello,

I was wondering is there a way to add [External Email] or any phrase to the beginning of the subject line for all Incoming email from the outside?

Thanks,
Andrew

Nothing i'd be aware of as for GW itself. This would rather be a task to be performed at smarthost/spamcheck level. As a quickshot you could add "View" to the columns in the mailbox view. On stuff coming in via GWIA it would display "Internet".

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure if there was something in Groupwise or not. In the mean time I found out in my Barracuda Cloud where to do this.

Thanks,

Or use a rule to set a category based on the view being "Internet", and
then set a color of your choice for that category.
