Agent configuration failure [0xAE03]

Just installed v2.0 on a 6.5 server. When attempting to launch I
receive the following.

I'm usng Admin as authentication account.

NMMA: Agent configuration failure [0xAE03]
NMMA:
NMMA: Cause: DDC: Object referenced by DN does not exist

NMMA: Cleaning up...

NMMA: Unloading...

NMAA: Agent configuration failure [0xAE03]
NMAA:
NMAA: Cause: DDC: Object referenced by DN does not exist

NMAA: Cleaning up...

NMAA: Unloading...

Note: Ihave NOT had the chance to reboot the server after then
installation. I did have the installation update the LDAP SDK.

Craig.

Re: Agent configuration failure [0xAE03]

Verify that the DNs for the agents in their startup files point to valid
agent objects. Also verify that the chat container object was created
during the install:

Name: ChatContainer
Location: immediately under the MessengerService object.
Class: nnmChatContainer

The errors the you reported below show that you are using direct mode;
not LDAP. Verify that that is what you want.
