All agents do not start

After the normal update of SUSE and OES (zipper lu), all agents (mta,
poa) have stopped working.

I even tried to manually run eg: mta through the command:
../gwmta --show --home
And nothing happens, the MTA console has appeared, unfortunately there
are no logs for MTA, there is also nothing in /var/log/messages

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Hi Daniel,

I see no one has replied to your post. That is most likely because you have not provided sufficient details for anyone to help you diagnose this issue.

This appears to be a server down situation. As such I hope you would have open a Service Request with Micro Focus tech support.

From what you say, I would suspect something went wrong when you tried to update your system. The first place to look for clues is in /var/log/messages.

If your issue has not yet been resolved, please provide this additional information.

What release of OES are you running? Please post the output from this command:
cat /etc/*release

What zypper commands did you run? Please post the output from this command:
history | grep zypper

Please post any errors you find in /var/log/messages related to your zypper commands and the startup of your GroupWise agents.
