Auditing the archive

hey everyone,

question, where do you go to read the archives?

we cannot under our policy roll out this product in our agency unless we
can audit everything.

archiving is turned on and as far as i can tell it is updating the indexes
corretly.

Where or how do you read the archived messages?

Re: Auditing the archive

Once you've given somebody rights to view the archive, that person will see
a new "Search Archive" option in the client under the File menu.

Re: Auditing the archive

In C1 go to the properties of the Messenger Service object. You should see
a drop down tab that say Archive ACL. Add the people you want to view it to
here and then you have to restart the IM agents.
