Blackberry Z10 - File . Move to Folder issues

We are testing Blackberry BES10 - We are running Mobility Connector 1.2.5 Build 250 on GW8

The File / Move to Folder does not seem to be working. When a users file an email on the device, the email does not get filed on the GW account.
When doing this over an Hotmail account, this seems to be working.

We have tried on the Playbook and the same issue happens.

Has anyone encountered this problem and if so, do you have a fix?

It does not seem to be listed as a know problem on Blackberry Z10 - CoolSolutionsWiki and the features is listed as working.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Blackberry Z10 - File . Move to Folder issues

Hi Emmanuel
We have duplicated this specific issue and there is nothing we can do. It has been reported to Blackberry and we are waiting for a fix/update from them.
We are also preparing a newer build for 1.2.5 that has some changes in regards to BB10 devices in it. We are updating the Wiki soon with the current status on issues we discovered.

Hello Kai Reichert,

will this newer build be an official patch? We also are testing our first Z10 devices and have multiple issues with GW 2012 SP1, DS 1.2.5 and the Z10 (10.0.10.90).

Greetings from germany,
Martin

For info - This was fixed with the OS release of Blackberry 10.1
