Bounced back messages when using vacation rule

Using GW8 SP1 on NW 6.5 SP7.

When a particular user set up a vacation rule, she came back to find a lot of undelivered messages. The main info is below. Not sure if others have same issue, but they have not said. Regular email sent is fine.

Issue seems to be in 'mailer daemon' line. The email address also includes the server name (SERVER1) for some reason.

Not sure how to correct.

GWIA/SMTP-MIME/Address Handling/Use GW user address as Mail From: for rule gen'd messages.
