Can I allow reply rules to loop for a single mail box?

We are school and we wish to set up an auto reply to parents who email a student absence address. Currently as designed a parent gets an auto response one but would like to ensure they get a response each time the send an email to the "student absence" mail box. Can I do that? If not is there a workaround?

Yes, you can. Just add an additional check into the reply rule that
always comes out true. Like if subject contains "*". That'll stop the
reply rule logic to only happen once per sender.

Re: Can I allow reply rules to loop for a single mail box?

You ca also enable "Allow Reply Rules to Loop" in the send options for the user, post office or domain. Please refer to http://www.novell.com/documentation/groupwise2012/gw2012_guide_admin/data/akc4skr.html for details.

Re: Can I allow reply rules to loop for a single mail box?

Hi thanks

I had been trying the * by modifying the existing rule but that didn't work so I trashed the rule and made a new one.
