Can Not Manage Gwia

Hello Everyone!

On gw8.03. When i attempt to open the gwia in console1 it returns an error: An error occured converting the groupwise object to its edirectory counterpart (image attached).

I think i must graft the gwia (or, maybe not), but i can't find the specific TID for the gwia. Other than grafting, are there other options? As always, thanks in advance.

Re: Can Not Manage Gwia

Hi

I'd recommend a graft, try the following:

To graft GroupWise objects:

In ConsoleOne, select a container in the eDirectory view.

Click the Tools menu > GroupWise Utilities > GW / eDirectory Associations > Graft GroupWise Object to display the Graft GroupWise Objects dialog box.

Follow the on screen prompts - should be easy enough.

The other option is to blow away your gwia and recreate it.

Thanks Laura!

Grafting worked. The term sounds so destructive i was a little concerned. Thanks again.
