Can Web Access forword or reply without attachment

We are running GW8 with Webaccess and we really dont use Webaccess all that much; but my boss has been traveling more now and using it on the road and was wondering if there is a setting somewhere that will allow him to forward or reply to an email without making the original email an attachment first?

Just wondering,
