Using firefox getting "Secure Connection Failed" I tried changing servername to the IP address, and local hose and same message
Here is message firefox has
An error occurred during a connection to localhost:9710. SSL received a record with an incorrect Message Authentication Code. Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ

If you are running GW18.1, you can upgrade to v18.1.1 and that will
resolve the issue.
If you are using a version of GW that is below this, you will need to
disable TLS 1.3.
For Chrome
Open a new window and do a Paste and Go of chrome://flags/#tls13-variant.
Change the TLS 1.3 from Default to Disabled. Restart the browser.
For Firefox:
Enter about:config in the address bar and press enter
In the search space enter tls, change the value for
security.tls.version.fallback-limit from 4 to 3. Change the value for
security.tls.version.max from 4 to 3. Restart the browser.
