Can't Authenticate to WebAccess?

We're running WebAccess and GroupWise 8.x and having trouble with one, and only one user authenticating into WebAccess. This user is able to login to the full GroupWise client with their known working password with no problem. They cannot use the very same word to authenticate to WebAccess. This same is true despite any p/w change, browser version or PC they attempt.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Re: Can't Authenticate to WebAccess?

Hi,

Perhaps they tripped Intruder Lockout on WebAccess which has it's own internal mechanism. Either wait 30 minutes with absolutely NO login attempts - as each one, valid or not, resets the 30 minute counter. Alternatively restart the WebAccess services on your server (tomcat/apache)
