So my response to Erich's comment is...

Personally, I would leave it running, let it finish. When's the last
time that has been run on that server? How many users & devices
syncing through it?

Strange, wouldn't think it would take that much more time in 2 months.
Free HD space ok on that box?

Ugh, I'm not sure then, with it working on the database I'd hate to
stop it.

If it's not going to finish though, you may not be left with a choice.

Sorry to be so helpful............. 😕

Re: Can u kill vacuum?

Just to throw my 2 cents out there..

If you do decide you need to kill the vacuum / index process (not suggested).. you could "refresh" or "cuso (clean up start over)" it.
See this TID on the process using dsapp: https://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7014473

Pretty much drops all databases (with a option to preserve user list), deletes all attachments, recreates the databases.
Downside is you'll need to resync every user - however a good alternative to a excessively long vacuum / index.

Shane Nielson Kind of alright at doing stuff with the computer thing
