Cannot log in

Behind the times and just put webaccess & calendar pub agent on
GW14.0.2, and now no one can get into webaccess unless they use a
device that receives the simple interface.

If I try from a browser, etc, it looks like the page is going to load,
but the login screen never comes up.

Running on sles11sp3 / oes11sp2.

Suggestions?

So my response to laurabuckley's comment is...

I am working with NTS on this, they had me reinstall (after renaming
the webaccess folders), and now the login page comes up, but cannot use
any interface but the simple one (like via a cell phone). Any other
connection the mailbox starts to load, but just sits and spins its
wheels.

Another issue that came up from this is now the webaccess monitor page
will not come up, get a tomcat error 404. Tomcat is running however.

Hi Stevo,

In this /etc/apache2/httpd.conf on the Apache web server being used for GroupWise WebAccess

Do you have this:

<IfModule headers_module>
Header set X-UA-Compatible: “IE=EmulateIE7″
</IfModule>

Please let us know.

Cheers,

Course I just went to check my published calendars and I get a 403
forbidden error when I try to bring up that page.

Wonder if I can just reinstall the calendar publishing portion?
