Cannot move or manage Cabinet Folders in WebAccess

Since we applied GroupWise 2014 SP2, my users are complaining that they can no longer manage/move their folder structure from WebAccess.

I have verified that the folders can not be moved around, but I can not verify that this was possible prior to applying the SP2 patch.

Is there a setting that I'm not aware of that would prevent the folders from being moved around from the WebAccess interface?

Correction: The complaint is not related to moving Folders, but rather moving emails between folders from Mobile Phone Devices which use the Basic Mode interface to GroupWise.

How the emails are moved between folders seems to have changed slightly after SP2 which requires the user to open the email before the Move option is available.

The Mobile Interface looks and works great from iPad's and Androids, unfortunately mobile phone devices cannot Exit the Basic Mode interface.

We can work with the current method of moving emails around from Mobile Phone Devices.
