Changing poll type on monitored agent

we have two POA agents , which are Unknown state , I found, that there is poll type SNMP, on every other agent is XML.
How can I change it ?

Sorry for the delay. Those of us who haunt this forum have been busy
What would be useful is to know which version(s) of GroupWise you are
running and on which platform(s).
From the system running Monitor, can you ping the boxes those POA agents
are on?
Do those two POAs have the same HTTP User name/password as the rest?
Test by pointing a browser to the server IP:7181 (or which ever port is
configured for that POA's Agent Settings, HTTP section.) If SSL was set
on it, perhaps the cert has expired, so test with it disabled.
