Clean up a failed installation

I try a new GroupWise (18.1.1) installation (only a test system 😉

First I set up a PriDom in the LAN with a PO. Then I want to add a
SecDom with a GWIA at a new host in the DMZ.
During a little FW hassle the configuration of this SecDom failed.
(The connections between SecDom and PriDom at ports 9710,7100,7180 are
prohibited :-\)
After the FW rules were corrected I try to redo the configuration of the
SecDom. But now the Install-Wizard told me that the ports are in use.
But I am unable to delete the failed installation with the Admin-Console
at the PriDom. So I delete the SecDom-Directory at the filesystem on the
Host in the DMZ and try the configuration of the SecDom. Again I get the
message that the ports are used. So I increment the port numbers and

Now I want to remove the dead objects from my testsystem. But now (I
assume because I have deleted the file structure) I can not remove these
objects. OK, this is an test system and I can start over completly but I
want to learn what is to do in such a situation.

How I can clean up the GW-Database without to lose the whole system?

Basically like this
Frankly spoken, i haven't done (merely didn't have to do) this recently, but i don't see anything contradicting in regards to GW2018.
