Client upgrade

Is there any way to have the client upgrade (from 2.2.2 to 3) be pretty
much silent? Anything similar to the GW upgrade?

Have found that some clients will get prompted for a reboot. Have been unable to remove this pop up.

So my response to johngallagher's comment is...

Thanks for those. I got the 'regular' install to work like that, but I
cannot get the 'upgrade' coming from the server itself to be silent.

Hi Stevo

In your setup.cfg file on the server, what have you set the "HideAllDialogs=" option to?

Are any of the other settings in the setup.cfg file being applied or is it just this one that's not working?

So my response to laurabuckley's comment is...

Ok, think I got it figured. I was forgetting to stop nms services,
deleting /opt/novell/messenger/software/client/win32/nvlmsgr.exe, then
starting services back up.

Seems to be working properly now.
