Clients of the Outlook2003 and 2010 work now with GW?

GW8.0.2hp3 server.
XP_sp3_rus +MSoffice2010+gwclient(multi).
casually found out that it is possible to work with GW directly from Outlook2010 client(without the started client of gw).

This casual coincidence or now it is possible to use the client of outlook2010 for work with the GW server?

It's likely coincidence. How are you connecting to the GW server, using IMAP, or directly like a normal GW client?

This essentially is what our old connector used to do for Outlook 2003
& GW7. Customers since then have reported getting Outlook 2007 &
Outlook 2010 to work in the same way but by installing the full GW
client as the connector doesn't work with those Outlook versions.
While this solution works, it's definitely not officially supported.
