Correct Backup Procedure for GroupWise 7.x and 8.x

Hi There!

I have a number of clients running GW on Netware 6.5.7 and
Windows 2003 and I was wondering what the correct way to
fully back these up was. We do File system backups for
Windows, and a variety of methods on netware like the tsagw
method. Is there a correct/supported way to do this?

The best way is to use dbcopy. You can take a full backup of your gwise
system using that and then backup the copy to tape using the normal
tsa's.
