Create custom form for address book printing

Hi,

is there a chance to create a custom form for list printing the GoupWise address book? For some reason "name and telephone" form will always print the office phone number rather than the primary one. So I'm trying to find a way to create a new list form for printing with the required fields.

thx

Re: Create custom form for address book printing

Hi Norman,

With the "Print Address Book" dialog window open, click on the Content tab and select what fields you want printed.

Cheers,

Hi Laura,

i was actually looking for the "Name and Telphone" form. But here you cannot change the content. But "Telephone" will print the office phone rather than the primary phone set in the contact. Either the form has to be renamed or "Telephone" has to be changed to the primary one.
