Customize GW Client 18.1 before distribution using ZCM

Hello,

we are going to distribute the GW Client 18.1 using ZEN. I am looking for a way to customize the toolbar of the GW Client 18.1 before distribution. The quick viewer smart sizing is going to be disabled using the registry key. Instead I want to add the buttons for displaying the wide quick viewer and the extra wide quick viewer. I think that way our users will make frequent use of this new feature without the irritation of the automatic change coming from the smart sizing feature.

Also I am looking for a way to change the URL laying behind the Ideas Forum button, because our users are not wanted to communicate to the external world that way. Acceptance of the new client would be more likely if I could route them to an internal URL. The same applies to the URLs in the Help Menu.

Thanks and regards,
Anne
