DMS -Docs into Cache.

Hey Gang:

I just notice that if I have 50 documents which I like to save on my cache
mailbox to later edit or view/modify, I need to turn on the "echo" doc
feature on the live client and then open each or check-out each and every
doc which I would like to view under my cache box.

I find this a little time consuming and I was wondering if any of you/your
users have some sort of work around.

I am running v6.54 client and back-end on Netware 6.5 SP4a.

...And please don't say (Upgrade).

Thank you.

Hmmmm - can't you just right-click on the document reference and ask to
retrieve the document?

Re: DMS -Docs into Cache.

I guess.

But the client help notes say that one has to edit the file in order for it
to be echoed to the cache box. And can only really do 1 @ a time in that
fashion.

What version of the client are you using? I'm just not seeing where this is
a big "issue" in GW7 - my documents just exist, and I don't really have to
do anything special to get them.
