Default user template (for ie Addressbook settings)

Is there a way to have a customized template for default user creation so ie
Addressbook name completion, saving of addresses to Frequent Contacts etc
are done to company liking?

At the moment the default settings are just not good for me & cause issues
(with users having entries in FC to non existing old addressees etc)

Seb

That's in the registry, but when you look at it, you'll notice it's complicated. The address books have ugly internal names. I never found a way to pre-adjust in a useful way.
