Distribution Lists 2014 add external users from hotmail
According to Novell Support the Distribution Lists are not part of the 2014 version, only e-directory groups and groupwise groups. If true how can you add an user with a Hotmail account to the group or list?

A GroupWise group is a DL. We just renamed them in 2014 to groups.
They can be internal groups like a traditional DL in 2012 or earlier,
or they can be imported from an LDAP source which was like
mail-enabling eDir groups in 2012 or earlier.
If you want to include external users in a GroupWise group, it's the
same process as previous versions: create an external domain, external
PO, define the external users (e.g. Hotmail users) in the external PO
and then include them in the GroupWise group.
