Exporting membership from a Distribution List

Good day

Customer is attempting to Export from a Distribution List, this is the latest version of GW 2014, they have tried from the Local GAC, connecting to the Local GW Domain, and from the Primary GAC (Primary Domain) each time they've tried they see the following error:

500

HTTP ERROR 500

Problem accessing /gwadmin-service/domains/LxxDxx1/postoffices/LxxAxx1/groups/Lxx/ALL%20staff/members.csv Reason:

Server error:

powered by Jetty

I've also tried, as per a suggestion of doing the IP address of the MTA/gwadmin service with multiple separations like in the following:

https://1x.1x.6x.3x:9710/gwadmin-service/list/GROUP_MEMBER.csv?attrs=Lxx/ALL%20Staff,LxxDxx1,LxxAxx1,memberName 

Any thoughts or assistance would be most helpful

Good afternoon 

Found out what the problem was, it had to do with the "/" and spaces in the name. The customer is going to be cleaning this up over the next two weeks.
