External Exchange user keeps gettings "Accepted.." e-mails

External Exchange user keeps getting "Accepted.." e-mails from two of our users.

The Exchange user sent some recurring appointment to these 2 users and for whatever reason the external Exchange user receives many "Accepted" appointment e-mails each day.

Any suggestions?

- Are these two users the only ones in your system that are a part of
this recurring appointment?
- Is this Exchange system have any integration with your GroupWise system
or is it just some other email system out on the internet?
- What time are these "Accepted" messages going out? Are they related to
the appointment time, time originally accepted, or at a fixed time like
midnight or 1 am.
- Check that you can see them in the GWIA logs as outgoing, and make sure
there isn't any related inbound message from this Exchange user just
before then. Let rule out any auto update coming from the Exchange side
everyday that is being responded to.
- Check those two users' rules to make sure there isn't anything
'interesting' there. Do they have anything resembling auto accept rules?

Thanks for the good info.
I've since asked these two users to delete those recurring appointments for now and that external Exchange user to resend them if desired.
Checking GWIA logs since they reported deleting all recurring instances and no longer see any outbound e-mails to that user.

There were no related inbound e-mail in GWIA in the logs (just outbound) so it did look to be sourced by our GW system.
If this happens again I'll be checking their rules and correlating the log times with the appts themselves as you suggest.

There's no integration at all, just an external Exchange user sending a recurring appt.
