Filter "Sent Items" by Email Address

Hi,
I have the following Problem:

- Have an Address-Book Entry with Name: "John Doe" and Email "john.doe@company.com"
- Send Email to him
- In the Sent Items the Email Appears with To: "Doe, John"
- Now Filter the sent items with "To contains <company>"
--> The Email does not appear in the filtered list

Is there a way to filter sent items by sendto Email Address?

Hi Sven,

From what I remember you can't filter on domain name - I do know that's true of the Address Book - perhaps standard filtering too. This was raised as a bug in the GroupWise 2012 client, sorry I don't have the bug number on hand currently. Perhaps try the latest client, SP3, to see if this has been resolved.

I am on 2012 SP3 already.
But no luck with that also 😞

Hi Sven,

Sorry, the specific bug that I was referencing, Bug 828477, was with searching domain names in the Address Book. Unfortunately this bug was only resolved in GroupWise 2014. That doesn't help you a whole lot. But let me see if I can find something out further for you.
