Firewall Difficulties
We can access Web Access just fine except from outside of our firewall. Firewall sends the link to the Web Access, but times out and does not connect. Is there some new change in way the Webaccess works? Is there a port trigger setting or something that needs to be set with the newest version of Web Access?

From the LAN, are you accessing web access via a private IP address?
From outside the firewall, are you accessing web access via a public IP
address?

Is your firewall correctly configured to forward the traffic to your
web access server?
Can you provide additional information about your configuration?
Where is your firewall: On the web access server? A separate box?
Have you tried to run Wireshark to obtain a packet trace that will
allow you to determine exactly what is happening?
