Folders under Inbox shown above messages

Good afternoon,

is there any possibilty not to show folders together with received messages? I mean, if I create folder just under mailbox, I can see it above received messages if I use GW Windows client. With WebAccess there are shown only messages.

May I change settings of the used view to be same as GWA?

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Re: Folders under Inbox shown above messages

Hi Jan,

If you create folders directly under your Inbox they will always show as you described in the Client. This is working as designed. It is advisable to create folders under the Cabinet instead.

Re: Folders under Inbox shown above messages

Good morning (our country morning),

thank you for your answer. I think so too but I tried if anybody has a nice trick.

But the same behaviour is under Cabinet too, I mean if iI have folders and subfolders too and there are messages inside.

Cabinet
Folder1
Subfolder1-1
Subfolder1-2

If I choose Folder1 there are shown both subfolders and messages in the sam manner as under mailbox. I understand there is no solution?

Thank you very much and I appreciate your work and helpful hand very much.

Best regards

Re: Folders under Inbox shown above messages

Good morning Jan,

Think of Windows Explorer... if you open a folder the sub-folders and files are displayed. The GroupWise client is no different.

Thank you for your kind words.
