GW 18 mailbox display settings odd

Jump to solution

I haven't had a lot of time to investigate this so thought I would see if anyone else had figured it out.  GW client 18.2.1 Build 135777.  I select Gear > Mailbox Display Settings > Apply to other folders.  The Apply button on that page is always greyed out.  What is the purpose of that Apply button if it can't be used?  Am I missing something?

@ketter

When you make any changes to the settings a new tick box appears to the left-hand side of the setting.  You need to select which changes you wish to apply to the other folders.

There is a tid but I don't have it on hand immediately.

Cheers,

Laura

And that is a great example of how someone can stare at a user interface and totally miss the purpose.  LOL!  When the changed items showed up yellow, I chose Select all folders of the same type, but couldn't figure out why the Apply button was still grey.  Totally missing that the yellow highlight only signifies a changed item and I still needed to check the box next to that item.

Maybe the UI team that worked on the new Filr interface needs to get involved in GroupWise.  🙂
