GW 2014 R2 randomly logs user out

Good morning!

I have a Windows 10 1709 fall creators update with GW 2014 R2 client. The user is reporting that GW randomly logs her out after sending an email, or just randomly through the day it will log her out of GW.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hi,

Ensure your POA log level is set to Verbose, and then look in the logs for any errors or anything out of the ordinary at the time the user experiences this issue.
