GW 8.02 User calendar setting lost

Have a user using GW 8.02 client on a GW 8.02 system. User's calendar view displays his user calendar and a shared calendar object (many users here have a similar calendar view).

Now the individual's calendar view is lost. The user's calendar is not enabled and the shared calendar object has to be re-added from the multi-user list. The settings are retained for a day or so only to reoccur.

This is the only mailbox affected. Ran a standalone GWCheck against the user's mailbox. No errors.

Any suggestions?
